Even got refund checks mailed to me afterwards for overpayment on previous loans. Got the rates i requested from the beginning. Was not aggressive and did not blow my phone up constantly just trying to get a “sale” (like a lot of companies do the second you enter your information online). I would tell him a time I’m available to talk and he would call me then and only then. No funny business at all. So much easier to trust someone who isn’t just trying to get a commission off of you. He made sure i understood every single aspect of the situation and answered every single question i had along the way with honesty. Doesn’t heart to look I was not sure the timing was right to refi my car but with the price of everything going up ,I needed something to come down. Jeridith the rep that helped me through the whole process was amazing and on top of letting me know every step ,she also guided me the whole process.
