My experience with RateGenius was excellent, even though in the end I did not go through with a refinance of my Auto loan becouse the interest rate difference wasn't enough to justify refinancing at this time. What I can say is the agent who handled my case, Mrs. English was incredibly thorough, professional, and most important, patient with me through my indecisiveness. She took the time to answer my questions and was one of the most polite Loan agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In today's culture it's rare to come across a Company who is represented by such professional employees. I would highly recommend this Company if your thinking about exploring your refinance options.
