I recently applied for a refinance with rate genius. I was assigned a rep named Valeria Amphonephong who I found to be quite unreliable. Gave me inaccurate information about the time line of the process and was incredibly difficult to reach when I had questions. Not a great look. I will be happy to amend this review if I ever hear from her again. But as of now I am quite disappointed with the experience. Update - another agent named Megan called me back and did a good job.
